Qboxus:

it is basically a software development company owned by IRFAN SHEIKH this company makes clones of famous apps and sell them at cheaper prices  by expecting their customers to use their source code and create something on their own.  Basically they help novice who dont have that much budget to build an app .According to them they have sold 277 copies of tic tic app and any of these 277 customers can easily introduce another clone of MITRON . talking about the inventor of this app he dont seems to found any problem with what he did by changing the logo of their exact product and uploaded on their store  as he was the buyer of the source code but only botheration according to him is the acknowledgement of the real inventor which was his company Qboxus

 

REASON OF POPULARITY:

As it was clone of famous TIK TOK  app( which is basically a Chinese app) and the fabricated version of TIC TIC app it reached the heights of popularity fortnightly by clocking 5 million downloads because of ANTI- CHINA THOUGHT prevailing inside the country for avoiding the use of Chinese products as this product was initially claimed by the invention of an Indian so, MADE IN INDIA attracted a lot number of people people and they stated downloading in their phones without knowing the detail properties of this app . This app was also thought to give a tough competition to TIK TOK app as on 22 may 2020,NORBERT ELEKES tweeted that apparently google deleted over a million tik tok reviews overnight, that is why the rating has  has increased from 1.2 to 1.6 stars  as its rating came down shocking in the last week or so .there was even campaign on social media platforms after a video of acid attack appeared on that where as 6 million people assaulted 1 star review with negative on google play store . so much things lead the ratings of tiktok to fall from 4.5 to 1.3 .Soon after  uploading and popularity of Mitron app, it was also downloaded by some hackers ,recompilation to the source code was done ,legitimacy was tried to made by changing the code and was uploaded on Qboxus website, where they were successful in replacing the code of TIK TIK  with the copy of this code Mitron

 

FATE OF MITRON APP :

It has  now been suspended and deleted from google store and is no longer available if you browse this app because it has violated google policy which states that it copies the content from another app without adding innovations, variations and uniqueness and creativity as other apps do it simply provides those experiences which other apps already provided as well as it was not having any kind of privacy policies about how the data will be used where the data will be stored

 

HAZARDS OF USING THIS APP:

 

According to developers of , the app privacy policy is written unscrupulously with junk characters  it also do not provide any explanation about access to personal information . a giant flaw was  also been revealed that the hackers were accessing accounts of users .CYBER SECURITY  researcher RAHUL KONKRALE instructed gadget 360 about hackers management that they were capable of messaging any body and were able to interfere in other actions like feedback  according to him this flaw is just current with preliminary login of course ,and they were even capable of entrying into person's account without understanding the password and none of verification's of course because of it unprofessional privacy policies talking about security precaution Qubox CEO ,IRFAN SHEIKH said that people who buy from us dont have much budget to put security precautions and he said that he is also do not think that MITRON has put any kind of security precautions he said that it is not a vise thing to give your photos ,information to this app because there will be no one will be  accountable  if person data is misused another flaw which was found by him during introductory testing was that he was capable of adding and removing followers from any account and this flaw was also found in TIC TIC app.
