he dont think that human race would survive next 1000 years unless we spread into space .there are many accidents that can befall on planet earth but he said he hopes that humans will reach out to the stars soon  .

It has always been a dream of a man to reach the heights of sky infect go beyond and explore the magnificent universe as it hides thousand of mind blowing secrets in in itself. here is the ultimate reality of ever wished mans dreams "THE ENDEAVOUR"

BACKGROUND:

National aeronautics and space administration an agency of united states of america is responsible for space and aeronautics research  and SPACE X: private aerospace manufacturing and transportation company have been in partnership for years and had successfully launched 20 different missions and in 2011 they both agreed on development of an space craft that would transport astronauts to international space station .ELEN MUSK founded space x in 2002  which aims to provide low cost space transportation services with its falcon-9 and many other heavy rockets.In 2014 ,MUSK ,  divulge seven seat crew dragon concept during an event in California .2020 resulted the creation of this crew dragon and  now they are launching the dragon crewed capsule to ISS in partnership with NASA.

MR MUSK(CEO OF SPACE-X COMPANY) saturated with emotions while talking to the reporters said that this is something that will get right into the hearts of those people always seeking for exploration and US is the distillation of exploration .

 

INSTIGATION TIMING

The falcon left at 15:22 EASTERN DAY TIME to catch ISS which passes at 27000km per hour (17000mph)

although it was planned to launch on Thursday but unfavourable  environmental conditions lead to delayed launching on saturday 30 MAY  2020. though there were again 50 percent chances of delaying according to united states air force meteorologists but fortunately the weather remained calm and peaceful  dragon crewed capsule in falcon-9 launched.According to space x it was definitely not an easy task as they had had worked very hard in the form of previous 20 missions delivering cargo to ISS between 2012 to 2020.

 

LAUNCHING PLACE:

It was launched from Florida Kennedy space centre . the ENDEAVOUR toke off the renowned launch complex 39A pad to head northeast over the Atlantic .

according to president DONALD TRUMP who came to watch the launch said that we are proudly launching american astronauts on american aircraft's the best in the world from right here american soil .

 

PROPERTIES OF DRAGON CREWED CAPSULE:

A fully automatic capable of finding its own was to ISS dont have any control stick and all the flight commands must be entered through touch screen panel consists of following parts

9 meters long

nose cone

highly advanced engines on both sides

pressurised crew section

trunk ( where astronauts will stay)

solar panels

but still the whole crew was fully prepared for handling this automatic vehicle in their own hands during unfortunate situations

LAUNCHING PROCESS:

falcon-9 launched crew dragon capsule with its two segments.its lower segment fired for about 2.5 minutes and seperated leaving the second stage to burn for 6 minutes . first stage uses thrusters to flip for re entry .engines fires to slow descent landing and makes controlled landing with grid fins,thrusters and steerable engine whereas second stage carries dragon module to orbit  dragon module continues to dock with ISS.

 

LANDING BACK TO EARTH:

Crew dragon will detach itself from ISS .trunk section jettisons to burn up in the atmosphere .thrusters fire for 15 minutes, spacecraft endures temperature of 16000 Celsius as it reenters into earth atmosphere .parachutes deploy from just below the nose cone to angel capsule to cut into the water and reduce impact spacecraft splashes down 450km off the coast florida

 

ASTRONAUTS:

BOB BEHNKEN  will be the joint operations commander for Demo-2 whereas HURLEY will be spacecraft commander for mission.according to them :they were very happy to be the part of this incredible mission and will be expecting not to mess up with things and to fit wellthey both radioing on earth named this space craft as" ENDEAVOUR"
